Senior Account Manager

Patrick has been the full-time head of Union's Internet practice since 2000. Since then, he has developed over two dozen websites, for clients ranging from sole-proprietor contractors to multimillion dollar real estate firms. He currently oversees the ongoing management of all of our client sites.

Before co-founding Union, he was a Senior Consultant in the Information, Communications, and Entertainment practice of KPMG Consulting (now BearingPoint), where he managed the Y2K program for a major regional electronics company, authored the usage manual for an international firm's new $6 million procurement Intranet, and helped perform a business process analysis for the U.S.'s top music licensing agency.

He's worked in market research at FIND/SVP Published Research, Inc. (now MarketResearch.com), where he led the editorial team in publishing 100 in-depth reports per year, and consolidating print publishing and electronic publishing into one streamlined process.

He's done traditional print production at Matthew Bender & Co., one of the premier legal publishing companies in the U.S., managing a staff of copyeditors that turned out 30,000 pages a year.

What unifies Patrick's career is a deep understanding of publishing in its most fundamental sense. It's phrasing, organizing, arranging, and presenting information in such a way that the intended meaning makes the journey from creator to consumer intact. It has brought a sheen of excellence to his work on everything from copy editing to relational database design.

His diverse experience has shown him many aspects of many businesses, has given him a wider frame of reference than many of Union's peers and competitors, and it brings satisfaction and relief to his clients to know that their "Man on the Inside" is telling them what they need, not just what he wants to sell.
